It is also wonderful if you suffer from Hives or other itchy skin problems since it is made from pure fresh dried Chamomile which is great for skin.
As an added plus, it is very good for puffy or irritated eyes.
to use: boil bag for 5-20 minutes, then let sit and cool.
Add boiled water to your bath water and use the bag to lay over your eyes. enjoy!
