 Checks and USPS Money Orders: For your convenience there is a printable Check/Money Order Mail-In Order Form to mail in with your check or USPS money order. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form. All checks and USPS money orders must clear the bank before your item will be shipped. All fraudulent checks and money orders will be reported to the proper authorities.
